Virgin America
Virgin America is a low cost airline headquartered at San Franciscoos International Airport. The airline currently flies to San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York JFK, Las Vegas, Washington, Seattle and San Diego.
All aircraft are equipped with the Redd inflight entertainment system which includes live TV, Google Maps and games. All seats have personal seat back televisions and a parental control facility is available on all systems. A self service mini bar is available at the rear of the cabin for the purchase of snacks and beverages, or food can be ordered from the seat back screen. Please note that all aircraft are cashless.
Virgin America operates a First Class cabin and a Main cabin on its aircraft. First Class passengers may check in two bags of luggage without charge, with passengers in the main cabin able to check in one. One item of hand luggage is allowable in both classes.
eleVAte is the frequent flyer program of Virgin America, with points being earned to gain free flights. A feature of the program is that there are periods blacked out or restrictions on capacity for reward flights.
