Mexicana
Mexicana has its main hub at Mexico City International Airport in Mexico. It flies to around 50 domestic and international destinations. Flights are available to major cities in the United States including New York, Dallas, Chicago, Fresno, Sacramento and Portland. Mexicana was named Best Airline of Central and Latin Americaa at the 2006 World Travel Awards.
Executive and Tourist Classes are available on Mexicana aircraft travelling between Mexico and the United States. Snacks or meals are available, depending upon the duration of the flight. A complimentary bar service is available in both classes after 11am, on flights of more than one hour. Travelling Executive Class on Mexicana Airlines grants access to the Executive Lounges at various airports including Mexico City, Cancun, Acapulco, Los Angeles and San Antonio.
Passengers purchasing flight tickets in the United States should note that a credit card is needed to secure a booking, with the website unable to accept debit cards.
Frecuenta is the frequent flyer program of Mexicana Airlines, designed to reward loyal customers with upgrades and free flights, amongst other benefits. There are four tier levels within the program and these are Classic, Executive, Elite and Infinite.
