JetBlue
Jet Blue is a low cost low fares carrier based at JFK airport in New York. It flies to over 50 cities across the United States, with around 550 flights operating daily. The airline was formed in 1999 and has regularly won awards, including being named Best North American Low Cost Airline at the Skytrax World Airline Awards in 2007. JetBlue is constantly expanding its network, with flights from Boston to Jacksonville being one of the newest routes available.
JetBlue prides itself on the level of service it provides. Snacks and drinks are complimentary on all flights, including Dunkinn Donuts tea and coffee. JetBlue offers personal inflight entertainment at every seat including 36 live TV channels and 100 live satellite radio channels. Snooze kits are provided on overnight flights, along with a complimentary self-service snack bar. All seats are assigned before boarding.
The TrueBlue program rewards frequent flying with the airline. Members earn points based on the length of the flight taken. When members have accumulated 100 points, they are eligible for a free flight with JetBlue.
