Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (YWG) is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. YWG serves approximately 3.4 million passengers each year, making it the 8th busiest airport in Canada. The airport was named in honor of James Armstrong Richardson, the influential businessman and pioneer of Canadian commercial aviation from Winnipeg. In 2012, Winnipeg International Airport's main passenger terminal was named one of the most iconic airport terminal buildings in the world by the Travel Channel.

Bus: Winnipeg Transit bus routes 15 and 20 serve the airport. The Winnipeg Bus Terminal, which is a Greyhound bus hub, is located beside the main terminal building. Shuttle: The Brandon Air Shuttle provides transportation between Winnipeg Airport and Manitoba's second largest city, Brandon. Taxi: Taxis are available near Exit 3 at the terminal building.

There are two special lounges inside Winnipeg International Airport. Air Canada operates a Maple Leaf Lounge located in the domestic/international departures area. Travel Lounge by Palliser® is located adjacent to Gate H, and is open from 7:00am - 8:00pm.
