Bus: The Skybus Super Shuttle travels from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to MEL. Many local bus routes service the airport. SmartBus Route 901 runs from Melbourne Airport to Frankston.  Route 478 runs from Moonee Ponds to Melbourne Airport. Route 479 runs from Sunbury to Moonee Ponds. Route 500 runs from Broadmeadows to Sunbury.
