Incheon International Airport is the primary airport serving Seoul, South Korea’s Capital. Opened in 2001, Incheon International Airport is located 30 miles west of Seoul.
Transfer between Terminals
Incheon Airport’s passenger concourse is connected to the Main Terminal by two underground passageways equipped with Intra-Airport Transit. An Inter-Airport Shuttle Bus offers free service between passenger terminal and various airport stops.

Transport into Town
Rail: The Incheon International Airport Railroad connects the airport to Seoul Station in downtown Seoul. Non-Stop Express trains take 43 minutes, and regular trains take 53 minutes to Seoul Station. Many of the stations along the AREX line provide connections to the Incheon Subway and Seoul Metropolitan Subway. Taxi: Taxis at Incheon International Airport are distinguished by three colors: "Normal taxis" are white or yellow. "Deluxe taxis" are black with gold accent. "International Taxis" are labeled as such and are orange. Ferry: A ferry service connects Yeongjong-do to the mainland, although the ferry dock is located a far distance from the airport. Bus: Various bus routes connect Incheon Airport to Seoul.
Hub Lounge is a pay-per-use lounge available for all passengers for $35 per person. It has two locations, one in the Main Terminal in the East Wing on the Level 4, Transfer Service Complex, opposite Gate 11. The other is in the Main Terminal in the West Wing, Level 4, opposite Gate 42. Asiana Lounge is located in Concourse A, 4th Floor, near Gate 119 and is open 6am - 12am. KAL Lounge is located in Concourse A (east side), 4th Floor and is open 630am - 1150pm. Matina Lounge is located in the Main Terminal, West Wing on the 4th Floor, follow signs to the Transit Hotel, and is open 7am - 9pm. Matina Lounge is located in the Main Terminal, East Wing, on the 4th Floor and is open from 7am - 9pm.
Currently, over 70 airlines serve Incheon International Airport. This airport is the main hub for Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Jeju Air and Polar Air Cargo. Based on passenger numbers, Korean Air is Incheon’s largest carrier, followed by Asiana Airlines.
Incheon International Airport has an 18-hole mini golf course (located in the International Business Area), spa (located Airside, B, east side), private sleeping rooms, ice skating rink (located in the Transportation Center), a casino, seven indoor gardens, and a Museum of Korean Culture (located in the Transfer Lounge, Level 4F). The parking lot is divided into car, bus, taxi, and long-term outdoor parking sections. Airport shuttle buses operate between the parking lot and the arrival level every 16 minute from 04:00 to 06:00 and 22:00-24:00, and every 8 minutes from 06:00-22:00. Short-term parking rates Monday-Thursday are 1,200 KRW for the first 30 minutes, 600 KRW for every additional 15 minutes, and a daily rate of 12,000 KRW. Short-term parking rates Friday through Sunday, on Korean legal holidays, and in July, August, December, and January are 1,400 KRW for the first 30 minutes, 700 KRW for each additional 15 minutes, and a daily rate of 14,000 KRW. Valet Parking is available at the eastern drop-off points on the 3rd floor at the passenger terminal. Valet parking rates Monday-Thursday are 1,000 KRW per hour and a daily rate of 8,000 KRW for compact cars. For large cars, valet parking rates are 1,000 KRW per hour and a daily rate of 10,000 KRW. Friday-Sunday, on Korean legal holidays, and in July, August, December, and January valet parking for compact cars costs 1,200 KRW per hour and a daily rate of 9,000 KRW. For large vehicles valet parking costs 1,200 KRW per hour and a daily rate of 12,000 KRW.
